The service is excellent, with a very friendly and helpful staff ready to assist with various amenities. The location is perfect for families and solo travelers alike, with easy access to dining options, shopping centers, and attractions, all while remaining peaceful and safe. The dining experience is basic but satisfactory. Overall, a good option to start your holiday being only 10 minutes away from the airport and within walking distance of popular spots like Waterbom Park.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were easily accessed with concierge help always available if required, and my deluxe room had a lovely pool view. The service was exceptional, especially from Agung at reception who was always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for starting my holiday, just 10 minutes from the airport and close to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was great with a wide range of food choices, although I wished there were more options at breakfast.

The smell in the room required a room change after two days, despite the staff's efforts to clean it. The service was a mix of quick room corrections and rude interruptions during check-in, varying greatly. The location proved excellent, central to everything yet peaceful. The dining experience had some room for improvement but provided good hot and continental options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
